Solutions for critical power networks and infrastructure

Technology for monitoring, telemetry and remote control that gives you greater visibility over the network and lets you act faster and more efficiently.

Greenlabs solutions combine hardware, firmware, software and connectivity to supervise critical variables, detect anomalies and enable remote operation at different points of the power infrastructure. Each implementation can be adapted to the technical and operational requirements of the project, integrating with existing systems and combining different communication technologies and protocols as needed.

Remote control of MV distribution centers

Remote control and supervision of switchgear cells, circuit breakers and disconnectors to speed up operation and the response to contingencies.

Greenlabs remote control solutions make it possible to automate medium-voltage distribution centers and operate their main elements from remote control centers. By integrating control, communications and field data acquisition, operators can see the status of the installation and carry out switching operations without having to travel to each point of the network. The architecture can be adapted to installations of different sizes and integrated with existing SCADA systems and industrial protocols.

    Fault indicator remote supervision

Remote fault detection and supervision in medium-voltage networks to locate the affected section faster and reduce outage times.

Greenlabs applies remote supervision technology to fault indicators installed on medium-voltage networks, sending fault information to operating systems. Having this information remotely makes it easier to identify the affected section and to direct diagnosis and service restoration more quickly, helping to reduce fault times and improve the continuity of the power network.

Telemetry in substations and LV panels

Remote acquisition and transmission of electrical variables and operating states to increase visibility over the distribution infrastructure.

Greenlabs integrates telemetry solutions to acquire, process and transmit information from substations and electrical panels to central supervision systems. This makes it possible to see equipment status and variables such as voltages and currents remotely, reducing blind spots in the network and making operational diagnosis easier. The solutions support different communication interfaces and protocols to integrate with field devices and existing SCADA platforms.

    Oil-filled underground cable monitoring

Continuous supervision of oil pressure in high-voltage cables to detect leaks or variations before they compromise operation.

Greenlabs makes it possible to remotely monitor oil pressure in OF (Oil-Filled) underground cables, a critical variable for knowing the operating condition of this type of infrastructure. Detecting pressure variations or drops makes it possible to raise alerts about possible leaks and enables preventive action, reducing the risk of faults and outages. The information can be integrated into supervision systems and control centers to centralize monitoring of multiple points of the network.

    Backup power supervision

Remote monitoring of generator sets to know their status and main operating variables when power continuity is critical.

Greenlabs develops remote supervision solutions for generator sets and backup systems that give operations teams remote access to relevant information about how they are working. The variables covered include voltage level, load and fuel level, making it easier to keep track of distributed equipment and helping to verify its availability when the main supply fails.

    Leakage current detection

Early identification of ground faults to prevent electrical risk and installation degradation.

Greenlabs develops solutions to monitor leakage current in cross-bonding boxes of high-voltage installations, making it possible to identify abnormal behavior and have the information needed to act before it leads to an outage. Remote supervision provides greater visibility over critical points of the infrastructure and supports a maintenance strategy based on information obtained directly from the field.
