BR-LTE

LTE bridge for energy meters

Links energy meters with the data center over the LTE cellular network.

  • RS-232 · RS-485
  • LTE Cat-1
  • SNMP v2c/v3
Hardware LTE bridge for energy meters — BR-LTE

Many field devices — RTUs, analysers, meters — still speak over a serial port while the control center already runs on TCP/IP. This gateway bridges that gap: it turns RS-232 or RS-485 into a TCP connection over the LTE cellular network, without touching the protocol or modifying the existing equipment.

  • Protocol-transparent

Converts serial traffic to TCP/IP without touching the protocol: compatible with IEC 60870-5-104, Modbus TCP, DNP3 and any encapsulated serial protocol.

  • Two independent channels

Simultaneous RS-232 and RS-485, each with its own TCP port and configurable parameters.

  • Configuration without hunting for signal

Web interface accessible from the unit's own WiFi access point, available even without an LTE connection.

  • Real remote management

OTA firmware, SNMP agent with its own MIB, and automatic reconnection after network drops — no field visit required.
